986 AI Academy ("we," "us," or "our") is a free, project-based AI program offered to the children of the 986 Pharmacy family. The Program is run by Future Hope Outreach Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 92-3620406), together with 986 Pharmacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our sign-up form, how we use it, and the choices you have. By submitting the sign-up form, you agree to this Policy.
When a parent or guardian signs a child up, we collect only what's needed to run the program:
We do not knowingly collect any information beyond this, and we do not collect information directly from children — a parent or guardian provides it on their behalf.
We will not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
The sign-up form includes an optional checkbox giving permission to take photos and video of your child during the program and to post them on the Future Hope Outreach Foundation and 986 Pharmacy websites. This is entirely your choice — declining does not affect your child's ability to take part. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us; we will stop using new media and make reasonable efforts to remove previously posted media.
This program is for children, but the sign-up is completed by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the information provided. We treat children's information with special care, limit it to the minimum needed, and never share it for marketing. If you believe a child's information was submitted without proper authority, contact us and we will delete it.
Sign-up information is transmitted securely (HTTPS) and stored in a private, access-controlled repository available only to the 986 AI Academy team. We take reasonable measures to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We share information only with the people organizing and running 986 AI Academy, and only as needed to operate the program. We may disclose information if required by law.
We keep sign-up information for as long as needed to run the program and then delete or anonymize it. At any time you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing da.p@986pharmacy.com.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
